This on site auction is absolutely brilliant if you are buying or selling. You must register to sell, but you can browse for items and get a feel of the site without registering. On line help is geared to assisting you at the place you call it. You can set up your own Ebay page, to reflect what you are doing. If you are selling, you can watch the item as it progresses through the auction. If you are buying you can keep an eye on a particular item. All in all a site which has a lot going for it. Worth a look, even if only to browse.

This is only one of many airline sites  - www.qantas.com.au

It can be somewhat reassuring, if you have friends or relations on an internal or long haul flights, to be able to find out if the flight is progressing as planned or if it has been delayed etc. If you know the flight number, you are halfway there. Be guided by the help screens at most sites. Beware of time zones. Airlines tend in the main, to use local times. So you need to know the time difference at both the departure and arrival points. For example someone flying from Los Angelos to Auckland. Can be very handy this site. This site has links to other airline operators.
