MAJOR UPGRADING WORK ON THE A96 ABERDEEN TO INVERNESS

Major upgrading work, costing £1.6 million is causing extensive delays in Moss Street Keith. The work is expected to last around 3 months
and will ensure the road is to a standard to cope with the heavy traffic through Keith. The project includes an entrance for the new Tesco
store in the process of being built on the site of the former woollen mills of Robert Laidlaw and Sons. In the picture above, Moss Street
is shown reduced to a single carriageway and the entrance to the new Tesco store is likely to be at the blue hoarding.
