MALCOLMBURN WHISKY WAREHOUSE COMPLEX at MULBEN

Pictured above is a view of 18 portakabins on site at the Malcolmburn Whisky Warehousing Complex at Mulben near Keith.
These portakabins are offices and staff facilities for Robertson of Elgin who are to repair and rebuild the warehouses.
Serious damage to the roofs of around 38 of these warehouses in the winter of 2009/10 has resulted in this ongoing project to
build new warehouses around the existing damaged ones and then demolish the damaged ones when the new build is complete.
1st picture below shows one of the damaged warehouses over built with a completely new roof and eventually a complete new building.
This development shows a serious commitment by owners 'Perno Ricard' to retain this large warehousing complex at Mulben.
