Back in business again after a protracted break due to illness - Enjoy

JULY  2017

Highlight of the month was the delivery of two transformers to Blackhillock electrical distribution station.
Shown above, at the Mart corner in Keith on the 14th June 2017 en route to Blackhillock station.
Transformers arrived by ship at Buckie, and were eventually loaded on-to these serious trailers.
With a large Titan truck on the front and a large Titan truck pushing from the rear the road train
joined the A98, thence onto the 'Braes of Enzie' and onwards to the A96 and Blackhillock.

This one transformer weighs 193 tons. With trailers and trucks, total weight estimated at around 300 tons.

Next delivery was scheduled for the Sunday with the second transformer, and went off as planned.
